• Mobile phones are not permitted in the gym.
• The car spaces must not be used for any purpose other than parking vehicles unless permitted by the Owners Corporation. Any item stored in a car space may be removed by the Owners Corporation and the cost of removal may be billed to the owner.
• A resident must attend an induction session provided by the Building Manager or nominee at a mutually convenient time within 7 days of moving in to the lot.
